low memory?

what can i do or what do i need to resolve this? not been on pc in a while and forgot what pretty much everything means

warzone is:
CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K or AMD Ryzen R5 1600X Processor
RAM: 12 GB

I got it from pc specialist it's just been a while and I forgot the account I used

A good first check would be to see whether the NVIDIA graphics card is actually present and recognised. To do this please do the following and either post a screenshot or let us know what you find......

1. Open Device Manager (right-click on the Start window icon and select Device Manager from the popup menu).

2. Expand the Display Adaptors section (click on the > to the left).

3. How many entries do you see in that section? (One or two)
