Low fps

When i got my Cosmos vii at first i would get about 90fps, but recently i get between 2-20 fps can you help me how to fix this?

Gpu: Gtx 1050
Ram: 8g
ssd: 250g
i know its not the best but it shouldnt be running 20fps

Yes, I'm sure you need an account on the main website (not the forum) to make a purchase from the website your username will just be your email address there.

If you purchased over the phone then you might not have had an account created and obviously if you bought your PC from a third party (Curry's etc.) then you won't have one.

If you bought it via the website, what email address did you get your build updates/invoice etc. sent too? That will be the address for your login with the PC details.

It's not possible to buy from PCS without creating an account, so if it was bought from PCS, you will have an account, and you'll need it to post your specs.

If it was bought second hand or something, then we'd need to know that too.
