Looking for a larger desk

Afternoon. Been a while since I logged on here so I hope you're all doing well.

I'm looking for a new desk as mine is a bit cramped with my PC, monitor and PS5.

The Secret lab Magnus Pro XL is the one I really like but I thought I would ask here for advice before buying it.

If anyone here uses it, what are your thoughts on it? Or if someone had it but got rid of it what were the reasons?

Are there any other recommendations for that sized desk?

Thank you

That's a hell of a lot of money for a standing desk, you can get plenty of great standing desks for around £300 I have on in my office that's great but our company bought that from our supplier for me

Or build your own with a base and your choice of top...

Although I do admit, Ikea prices have increased significantly since I bought an office chair and 200cm x 100cm static desk from them many moons ago (£200 for both). The desk is the one I'm still using, and the chair is still in use by my niece once I upgraded to a Herman Miller Mirra 2.

I have a Secretlab Magnus Pro XL, and I'm thrilled with it. I was aware that there were a lot cheaper sit/stand desks on the market, but none offered the same sort of cable management options as the Secretlab desk, which only needs the leg to be plugged in and all the other power cables can be hidden away in the cable tray.

The other factor that swayed me towards the Secretlab desk was the fact that the control panel was flush to the desk. I would be scared of damaging a control panel if it hung below the desk by hitting it with my chair armrest. Overall I'm very happy with the desk and I cannot see myself changing it in the foreseeable future.
