I was hoping to go that route but judging by the spec required I may not be able to get there. I was looking at the 2 monitors below but then the one posted above seems to read a fantastic review. I need to be around £3k but have wiggle room.

The decision between AMD and NVIDIA GPUs comes down to 3 things:
If 2 is a 'yes' then it has to be Nvidia as AMD RT is relatively poor at the moment (is getting better, and may eventually catch up) and the VR experience is a bit buggy (so I'm told). But you will pay a premium price for an Nvidia card of the same level. For example a 1440p Nvidia 4070 Super (£650) is between an AMD 7800XT (£580) and AMD 7900GRE (£622) in performance at 1440p.
It will also depend on the games you're playing, as some favour AMD over Nvidia...and vice versa.
- Does FPS matter more than graphical quality?
- Is Ray Tracing / Path Tracing / VR / video editing important?
- Is price a deciding factor?

Thanks all and apologies to keep moving the goal posts, just learning as we go and I need to understand the expectations on my wallet which you have both been fantastic in helping with. The gfx and the cost are priority over fps. I want a big display that looks good and has to be better than I currently get from my Xbox. As you can see the monitors I posted are around £500 but if I need to street further do be it. And computer around 2500 but can go to to 2800 tops.

Tom and Spyder have been helping me massively get my head around PC builds and they have been so patient. I am still totally green on this so please shout up if you see a mistake. Final figure for the PC is around £300 more than I wanted to spend but I think my expectations were too low. I want to future proof as much as I can, play on a large 32” screen or extra wide screen (buying separately)OLED if possible, but I don’t think I am understanding the screen jargon but priority for me is middle ground between looks and performance. I’m looking for a screen at around £750 so any pointers would be great.

The £200 is basically the white tax. You pay more for white components. A predominantly black PC with the same power would come in at around £2500. That's pretty much your choice!

If you have a look in the link in my post you'll see a significantly cheaper system I recommended. The problem is that there is a smaller selection of white components, so you end up with a higher spec than you need. For instance, you have selected X670E, but all you need is B650. With black parts there's a wider choice and you can get cheaper parts that are still more than adequate for your needs.

Not sure where that comes from, but the model just tells you what level of components it's likely to have, and that it's likely to have more high-end options than the B650 version. But within those chipset versions there are MANY configurations from many manufacturers.
It's usually things like:
- number of USB headers
- number / speed of m.2 slots
- number of SATA connectors
- speeds/combinations of PCIe slots / PCIe lanes (i.e. how many PCIe 5, 4, 3)
- number of PCIe slots / PCIe lanes
- audio codec/chip quality (or whether it's 2.1/5.1/7.1)
- number/quality of power stages
Much more (maybe too much) info is available on the AMD website...but different manufacturers may also offer different 'premium' features...

BTW, the 3 changes in sck451's build over your last one are:
