Live chat?

Hi all, so I just called PC specialist to try and get an update and understand what's happening with my build, especially after some recent posts. Unfortunately the call wasn't really the experience I'd hoped for. I'm thinking of emailing but I'm sure I saw in previous posts that some of the mod's were recommending livechat as the best option for getting in touch. I can't find where to initiate this on the website and wondered if anyone could advise?

Ah that explains it then! I was genuinely wondering if I was having some kind of ludicrous internet use failure. :)
Thanks Nursemorph, really appreciate the quick reply. Looks like it'll probably need to be an email then.

Ah, so it is, thanks guys. Will give it a try and see how I go.

As to the call, it was a mix of the first 2 plus some extras. I'm wary of putting up my thoughts in a way that might be construed as being negative/accusatory, especially when there's no scope for response but the eventual outcome left me feeling I needed to send an email with a specific title as stipulated by PCS unfortunately.

I just tried it here and realised that the Live Chat tab is initially obscured by the 'we use cookies, ok?' message bar across the full width of the screen at the bottom. When you clear that message Live Chat becomes visible. :)
