Hello,
I am wondering whether there is an issue with the Live Chat. I seem to always go on there and then it would give me a message saying that there are no operators available I have now been trying for the last three weeks and nothing has happened.

i have spoken to them three times no problems at all.. you have to speak to them when the offices are open
