As already stated, you won't find anything searching for ionico, that's PCS branding not the name of the actual laptop, you need to use the chassis model number on the sticker on the underside of the laptop.Thank you for that I'm just trying to find a teardown video to show thermal paste replacement on ionic 15 laptop from pcspecialist
