haven't got a big budget but needs to be a good laptop

The Valeon isn't a laptop, it's a DTR which stands for "desktop replacement", as such it has desktop CPU's in so is far more powerful, but also as a result has very poor (1hr) battery life and is quite heavy, they're also noisy.

What's your max budget?

I'm wrong actually, got confused with another model.

This is the 5900HX which is indeed a mobile processor, it's quite frankly the best mobile processor you can buy atm, not just for gaming.

Have a dedicated gaming drive, windows 11 makes use of it and will greatly improve loading times between levels with a new technology called DirectStorage where it bypasses loading stuff into the RAM and just goes direct from the NVME to the GPU.

This is Ratchet & Clank on the Playstation which uses Sony's version of DirectStorage, just to give you an idea of what to expect, each portal they jump through is loading a new level, so it's almost instantaneous load times, it's pretty cool!
