Goog afternoon everyone.
At the beginning of this year, I bought this laptop (Lafité Pro Series 14").
Very occasionally, the fan of the laptop would start making a lot of noise, and after 10-15 seconds, it would turn off.
For the last two weeks this has gone worst. It happens every single day, multiple times. I´m not using any "heavy" programs. Just the browser and some programs for web developing, nothing major. Before it turns off, I check the task manager and the two first seconds always shows CPU running 100%.
Have you faced this issue? If you did, how did you solve it?
I think I will have to send this back to have it repaired or exchanged for a new one.
My specs are pretty decent:
Processor (CPU) Intel® Core™ i5 Quad Core Processor i5-1135G7 (2.4GHz, 4.2GHz Turbo)
Memory (RAM) 16GB Corsair 2666MHz SODIMM DDR4 (2 x 8GB)
Graphics Card NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650 - 4.0GB GDDR5 Video RAM - DirectX® 12.1 1st M.2 SSD Drive 512GB PCS PCIe M.2 SSD (2000 MB/R, 1100 MB/W)
