Keyboard stopped working mid gaming on laptop

So in the middle of playing Far cry 5, My keyboard just stopped working. Like completely. At first my character just kept moving forward like the "w" key was pressed when it wasn't. A little bit after it just stopped. I could still move around with my mouse but that was it (my usb mouse and the trackpad). Nothing on the keyboard worked. I have for now just unplugged the laptop so it will run out of power at some point. Anyone have any idea what could be causing this? Any solution to it? This is the first time it has happened, but its pretty major. I had probably played for about 3 hours at that point.

Cant really check ATM. But the fan was going full speed. Last I checked the cpu was about 80 and gpu 65. Also I just felt the laptop and it doesn't feel hot

That's weird.... it almost sounds like all the hardware buttons have somehow got disconnected from the motherboard..... that's very odd.
Yeah... I've never even heard of such a problem tbh. The screen has now gone black, but the fan is still spinning on maximum and the keyboard is till lit up

That's very unhealthy..... I wouldn't mess around, I'd just give PCS a call tomorrow and arrange for an RMA, those are pretty bad symptoms!

Yeah it was because I had to add +44 since I'm not form the UK. Called them up on google and it connected me. Anyway they told me I should take out my battery, I did, and when I booted it back up the keyboard worked so... idk

That's so weird, but glad it's solved.... keep an eye on it, I would send PCS an email just outlining the issue you had and what you were advised to do to fix it, just so they have it in writing in case something happens in the future.

Also, now you've got it back on, check your temperatures with HWMonitor, make sure it's not overheating:

Yeah the guy I was talking to said he would add a note about the problem (not sure where I can see it though).

None of that is overheating, Right?
Of the 4 options (My account, My orders, Tech support, My return), the only thing I can do is request an RMA or Track return (none of which seem to have a note attacehd)
