It'll do a job, but it's not very good unfortunately.

Excellent choices:
Case, CPU, RAM, GPU

Not so good choices:
Motherboard, Primary Drive, PSU, Cooling

It's a common occurrence that people think a good system revolves around the CPU/GPU without taking the other components into consideration. If your budget is maxed out then I don't think it's a well balanced system and something would need to give from the CPU/GPU side in order to prop up the rest of the parts.

However, back to basics:

What is the system being used for, what games/software?
What monitor are you pairing the system with? Model would be good but resolution & refresh rate as a minimum.
What is the budget?

My current monitor is the msi optix mag241c (144 refresh rate), however after I get the computer, I intend on upgrading to a 244 refresh rate monitor, but I'm not sure which one. The computer will mostly be used for playing games such as GTA 5, Minecraft, and Fortnite, as well as recording them, editing videos, and perhaps light streaming on those games. My budget is around £1600, but I don't mind waiting a few weeks till I can save up to approximately £1800 - £1900 if I need better parts. I want fast loading times as well. That all sounds really good.

With regards to 240hz monitor, it's a bit of a waste of money to be honest. You're not going to be able to see anything over 120hz anyway (unless you have elite level sensitivity). 144hz is always considered the sweet spot for a monitor so I would argue that you're there already.

With that being said, the MSI is only 1080p. I don't think this is particularly good nowadays, especially when the 3060Ti would cover you for 1440p gaming at a high refresh rate. Opting for a 1440p monitor to pair with this build would be FAR more beneficial than looking at 240hz. You can do both with the likes of the 1440p G7. I don't think this is worth £500 though due to what I said about visual response anyway. Better to spend ITRO £300 for a good 1440p 144hz monitor IMO.

Anything over 144hz would need someone with the temperament of a shaved monkey to appreciate. Beyond that you're heading into alpha marketing territory.

Anything more you can tell us about what programs you use? (for example, which video editing software?)
Also, max budget and monitor you have/intend to get? (if no specific model, then resolution and refresh and if you want ultrawide or not)

Couple of things I would instantly point out, the Gigabyte motherboards have seen a bit of a fall from grace, quality is not what it was, and i'd look at a separate OS drive and games drive for performance and practicality with reinstalls etc

Also perhaps increasing the psu to a 1000w for decent headroom and future GPU upgrades too. Everything is indicating future GPU's will be powerhungry.

Is no WiFi card intentional?

Ah the thread has been moved... I can see your budget and monitors now, your build isnt one I would suggest, GPU is a huge overshoot for 1080p and monitors would bottleneck it (increased cost but no real gain from it)

I'd look at MrWilsons build suggestion, perhaps split the drives fora 500GB and 1TB Intel onnes or intel/PCS 1TB

Not sure why, but the 2070 super is cheaper than the 2060 super atm.... so, bonus...
With 1080p monitors, its really not a good idea to spend extra money on 3070 or above...it would be wasted cash without replacing your monitors for 1440p ones
