Thanks for your help, don't you think it will hold up with the basic integrated one though? No, it has no graphics card.
You can’t game on integrated graphics, you need a gaming gpu. Thanks for your help, don't you think it will hold up with the basic integrated one though?
You'd think with a price tag of £700+ it would run games better than a ps4 but idk.
You're right, more is definitely squished into a sleek portable package with the laptop and their price is justified, it's just a shame pc gaming is so expensive. The PS4 is a pain to play on your lap while on a train though! Seriously, the PS4 is designed for gaming and made by the million - a laptop is portable, able to do some stuff a PS4 can't and in the case of PCS, built to order. At very low budgets the PS4 is often the better bet. Given you want to meet or beat PS4 performance, have it smaller, lighter, portable and include a screen...

I am on a very tight budget and it's not entirely about performance for me, it's that I'm let down by Sony, they can pump out the AAA exclusives but not the fun hit indie games I'm actually interested in. The sheer amount of game choice you have on pc is incomparable with consoles too.
Yeah I'm also thinking of a desktop alternative, the portability was a very small part of a laptop being my go to but it is negligibleDoes it need to be a laptop? You could get a half decent desktop for ~£700 especially if you were happy using the TV as a monitor.

I couldn't find the category to configure the one you mentioned above, this one was in the pre-made section though and looks good to me. Would you say it's sufficient?
I'd say it's not very good value because there's basically no scope for upgrades. Like a laptop or a console, once you're done with it, you'll want a whole new system.Would you say it's sufficient?
