Erm...this isnt JUST for stuff like Minecraft, is it? £1500 on a laptop for titles like Minecraft does seem a little overboard...
You shouldnt have any issues at all playing titles like that. Minecraft, Fortnite, WoW for example will all run on low-mid settings (sometimes higher) with a reasonable CPU using onboard graphics...let alone with a GPU. You should be able to stick it all on high or ultra and not experience any problems at all, even more so with a 2070 GPU.

My concern would be the very limited storage space with only a single 250GB drive. Most of the Laptops are like this, few configurable options but the choices are more drive space and maybe some minor upgrades to things like RAM or GPU (like a choice between two similar models)
Taking less than 500Gb for a drive is not a good idea without a second drive of some sort, not unless you have your own to add already and the 250Gb is for the OS system?

I have exactly the same build, but with a 1 TB Samsung Evo drive. I am playing COD on ultra with 90 Fps... and is very very fast and stable.
