Seems solid enough if not a little dated, I would recommend going for at least 650W PSU however for that build. You always want to add about 20% more power than you actually need, helps for future upgrades and extends the life of the PSU

240Hz isn't worth spending extra money if you're not a professional gamer.

What games you'll be playing?

Unfortunately, with a high demand and low supply you won't be able to get a PC for streaming for €1000. Ideally, for streaming, you need 8 core CPU, but 5600X could also do the job.

As you haven't told your monitor (size? resolution?) I'm just assuming that it's 1080p, not 1440p, because you've chosen a 2060 GPU.

256GB for a primary storage is very poor - I'd take 1TB, but 500GB is minimum. Upped PSU to 850W to have more room for future upgrades in your rig. Also, it's a more quiet, better quality PSU and you really don't want to cheap out on a PSU as it will power all of the parts of your PC.

Picked a better cooler as if you'll be streaming, a CPU will run hot and a stock cooler would be running on a constant high speed with a huge noise - better is an after market cooler in this case.

Picked a Wifi card with a Bluetooth but you can drop that if you don't need. Any questions? - let me know.

Considering the current demand and high wait times caused by Covid-19 and Brexit (not sure which is worse) you could think about waiting a couple of months to order and save a bit more cash in that time. Depends on how quick you need the new machine.
