The extra 2 cores will be a benefit for streaming, if you’ve got the budget then go for it.
Cooler-wise, I would recommend an AIO cooler for the 5800x. The Coolermaster 240 lite is the budget choice, if you want to go all out the H115i Platinum can’t be beaten. It looks great, it has fantastic cooling and it is a quiet cooler thanks to its magnetic levitation fans.
