This is screenshot from technical log on the BT Admin Panel thing.

Whilst I'm playing PC just drops from internet and then connects like 5-10 seconds later sometimes longer?

Is this a hub issue or?

I'm on ethernet however it's a fairly long, run that runs through the floor to my PC so testing another cable isn't that easy.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Is this a pcspecialist system? Could you post your full specs from the order page?

What's the machine name of the computer with an issue? If you run cmd then type hostname that will show the machine name.

It's really weird, it's not only dropping connection but it's fluctuating from 100mbs to 1gbs each time it connects.

Just to confirm, is the LAN cable running directly to the router, there's no adapters or anything in the middle?

Have you tried it in a different port in the router?

Can you post a screenshot of your windows update page?

Yes tried another port and same results but it'll just say device connected/disconnected from whatever port it's in if that makes sense?

It definitely needs to be installed, likely a windows 11 requirement.
