Intel WiFi 6 AX600 & BT Smart Hub 2 Full Fibre

I've been having an issue for a couple of days with my PC now refusing to get a stable connection to our BT router. We recently upgraded to full fibre, but everything was working perfectly up until yesterday. The network card will connect to my phone's hotspot absolutely fine, and every other device, including two Windows laptops, connect absolutely fine to the router.

I've tried every troubleshooting method I can find online, but nothing really helps. I'm able to connect the computer to the router using a USB wifi dongle I have, but would really like to sort this issue. Has anybody got any ideas?

Was it working fine before you upgraded the router?

I can but it's empty as I tend to install any when I see they're available!

I've realised I didn't mention the specific issues, which is that most of the time it will connect to the WiFi (or say it's connected) but says "no internet, secured", occasionally it will say it has an internet connection but nothing will actually load. A couple of times it has opened a page but incredibly slowly, and will often disconnect afterwards.

I would just uninstall the driver through device manager and then run windows update to install again. You may need to connect to the router via LAN to run windows update until it's configured

If the USB dongle works fine, it would point finger at the existing network card having a hardware or driver issue. Check card is fully seated, and that the antenna's are fully connected, and spread them out into a V shape, I find that helps with signal. Uninstall the network card in Device Manger, reboot, and let Windows detect the card and reinstall the drivers. What network card is it out of interest?

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the card till I'm blue in the face, completely taken the card out and reseated it, checked and double checked the antennae. I moved the desktop downstairs and connected via cable, straight away getting 500+Mbps speed. Unplugged the ethernet cable and I was able to get a wireless connection, but even being less than 1m away from the router the speed was less than 30Mbps. I disconnected the BT range extender discs in case they were somehow interfering, but it seemed to make no difference.

The card is the generic Intel AX600 one from PCS, but I've ordered a new TP-Link card that will arrive tomorrow, and at least help me figure out whether there's an issue with the card or if something else is going on.

Thanks for your help both.
