Is this a pcspecialist system? Can you paste your full specs from the order page?I have 3 x AF120 corsair fans in my case, but iCUE isn't detecting them. It has detected my RAM and RGB lighting node for the fans, but I can't control the fans specifically.
Does anyone know what might be causing this?
The 4000d only comes with a lighting node core, that's only for RGB, doesn't allow control over PWM fans.Yes new PC Specialist system. I just noticed on the iCUE website it says it is not possible to control fans that are connected to the motherboard, and I am unsure on how my fans are connected.

I wonder how new the PC is. I think (if they haven't already) PCSpecialist should delist the known defective CPU's or at least reach out to customers who bought them and offer a suitable replacement. The 4000d only comes with a lighting node core, that's only for RGB, doesn't allow control over PWM fans.
For that you'd need to use the motherboard software which is Gigabyte Control Center which you can find on the motherboard page on Gigabytes site.
But how long have you had this machine? It's a shame you didn't ask for advice, are you aware that processor is defective?
This is the official PCS statement regarding Intel.I wonder how new the PC is. I think (if they haven't already) PCSpecialist should delist the known defective CPU's or at least reach out to customers who bought them and offer a suitable replacement.
Please read this thread carefully. INTEL must be avoided like the plague. It's literally a brand new PC that was delivered yesterday. I did a little research on CPU's and did not see any news about this being faulty, and PC Specialist gave me no warning when I ordered my PC.
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days without giving any reason.Well, thank you for the heads up, shame I didn't know sooner, but it's not too late to contact PC Specialist and see what can be done!
