You're going to want a decent AIO cooler in there, lot of heat is going to be generated with all that hardware.

Also, with the money being spent on the system a 850w RMx PSU would be at the top of my "must have" list.

Do you not think the Noctua would be up to the job? and initially I did have an 850w PSU but PC Specialist themselves recommended a 650w at checkout, in the end, I went middle ground and ordered the 750w.

I'd agree with the above, personally I'd recommend the H100i (make sure it's the "i" and not the standard) on that build (the H115i is a step up, but I've heard of lots of quality issues with it and it's not a real measurable gain in performance), also check the price of the higher frequency RAM's, stepping up to the 3200mhz or even higher may only be a fraction more, in fact, in some cases it can bring the cost down, worth checking.

Noctua is excellent, but it's air cooling, you really want watercooling on that chip, it runs very hot!

The build won't utilise 850, it's more about the build quality of the RMx vs the TXm series, RMx is fully modular and higher rated.

It's an in-case blower that will circulate the air around the case really well. You have a LOT of drives in there along with a hot chip and a very hot GPU. You want as much intake/exhaust as you can so a decent AIO cooler makes a lot of sense as it will come with dual exhaust fans as standard taking the heat out of the case and the CPU in one go.

I'd actually go for the RGB Platinum cooler options.... if they are still available. Cool-it plates and a real step up in performance.
