How long does Pre-processing usually take?

How long did your whole order process take?

Pre-production is typically the longest stage as its the build queue. I will have a look into your order tomorrow at work.

Could you have a quick look at mine as well if you get the chance? Ordered 11 days ago but haven't heard anything other than what seemed like an auto-email after 7 days. I knew it'd take a while so not complaining but it'd be nice to have an idea of what's happening. Order no is 601121

Oh, that's great. And sorry for hijacking this thread. The only reason I bothered to mention it was because my current laptop is actually falling apart, so I can't take it anywhere else I'll break it more by opening/closing the lid.

PCS Staff dont regularly check the forums its more comunity based, your best to give them a call on 0844 499 4000 theres currently no waiting time for sales calls according to http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/call-waiting/

There great on the phone and will be able to tell you.

Yeah, you did that just to make me look wrong and bad
