i have no idea if this post looks good or not but i wanted it to be kind of inspirational to people,

so, in 2019 homer just over 18 stone

today homer is just over 14 stone,

tbf homer is happy so just putting it out there

Bravo dude, fantastic. As someone who out on a belly over lockdown, I know how hard it can be to get into shape again, cos I still haven’t managed it. Takes perseverance.

That's brilliant, that's about the weight i was pre lockdown. I,m now about 17 stone, and can't budge it, so hoping the new job helps

yeah I'm around 6 foot as well (great to see proper weights and measures being used as well)

It's so easy to put the weight on but to lose lt is tough. That's a decent drop mate! Keep it up!

if you want tips, homer walks a lot, so a combination of eating less, yeah i know sounds easy, but walking say 2 miles a day eventually sheds the weight. homer never went to a gym, but walking 2 miles a day etc took the weight off, plus homer has a job where on there feet a lot so combination.

Great wok Homer. Losing weight is TOUGH, especially if you’re doing it healthily, so this is a great achievement.

I work for a pharma company, and they won't let me have any free samples of their 'fat jabs' 😡

I'm a lazy bugger though, so have stagnated at 90-95KG (depending on the time of year, or if I've just come back from skiing).

Although the doctor did suggest dancing as one way to lose weight...
