Being on different ring circuits will make no difference,unless they are on different phases.
& you would have to live in a very large house to have a 3 phase supply.

A warehouse lol. To be honest even mansions are single phase lol. Its only 3 phase in warehouses etc because the machinery uses 3 phase supplies, like lathes for example. We have a lathe here which weve had to have converted to single phase to have it work in our house.

As for wifi boosters, ive always had ****ty experience with them, had a few of them over the years and hasnt ever boosted much, its great short range but our house walls have a "**** off we dont want you here" attitude towards wireless lol. Hence why I use the devolo plugs.

Well, any mansions or even small hotels i''ve wired or rewired have always been 3 phase,
but of course,as you say,any small building using 3 phase machinary will obviously require a 3 phase supply.

I always thought that homeplugs worked over the neutral anyway
