Hey! Just wondering if this is a good PC for Minecraft and Fortnite

So I am getting a custom pc because all of the ones i've seen online on things like amazon aren't really working for me. I've tried to maximise efficiency for the price and also keep it good for gaming. I would like to play Minecraft (1.19.2 and 1.8.9 with shaders enabled) at high FPS on 1.19.2 with shaders. Currently on my laptop (Macbook Pro Mid-2012 with i7 3rd gen w/ integrated graphics and an Nvidia GT 650M + 8GB RAM) I get 50-150 FPS 1.8.9 w/o shaders and 30-75 w/ shaders. In 1.19.2 I get 40-75 FPS w/o shaders and 10-35 w/ shaders. I would include some Fortnite statistics but MacOS doesn't support Fortnite. My budget is quite low since I am 14 y/o, but I am hoping to have room for upgrades like buying a GTX 1660 when I can afford it. My main questions are whether
A) This PC would be better than my laptop
B) A general area of what sort of FPS i'd be recieving (Low Settings 1080p) both games
C) Whether it's upgradeable
D) General help or suggestions
E) Any ways to reduce price (without dropping to an i3 unless that's a good idea)
and finally F) Whether I should use an i3 or an i5

I hope to hear from some of you soon, and I'll hope to see you around!

Hi @jacobh , I'd suggest you give this a read, it explains what info we need to help you out and also how to post a spec to the forum

Going to throw a bit of a curveball here, but given that you already own a laptop, I would be considering an Xbox Series X if I was in your position. Consoles are very powerful, you need to be spending upwards £1500 on a gaming PC to get equivalent performance. To get a PC specced with a good foundation for the future you would be looking at £1000-£1200 so that you're not just putting together a throwaway system that will break down after 3 years.
The argument for going for a PC over a console is that you can do a lot more on a PC, with things like Microsoft Office and editing programs being a good example. However, given that you own a laptop, and a decent MacBook at that, you already have a system capable of these tasks. Xbox supports Minecraft, Fortnite, and also Keyboard and Mouse, and if I was in your position, that would be where I was aiming.
