Is this a decent enough build for a 1st gaming PC and are all the components well suited etc? thanks in advance

Sorry this is it here, em right now i think a 240Hz 1080p as i think the 3060 isnt the best really with 1440p? Also the price can go up a little more but not too much, maybe a couple hundred or so. Thank you

im a complete novice when it comes to PC builds, why the 16Gb of RAM? Also is that motherboard the better option?

Sorry was typing out a explanation to the spec but my pulled pork dinner needed my attention my apologies

Most pepole spec the asus boards over the gigabyte in my opinion there the better option

850w psu to allow headroom for upgrades in future

16gb ram = most games will not use anything near 16gb with the exception being heavily modded games and maybe microsoft flight simulator (tho even thats debatable)

Very Fast 500gb m.2 for operating system

Fast 2tb m.2 for games storage

£5 extra for silver warranty covers carriage costs for a year rather then a month

perfect, thank you for your help and yeah 16Gb RAM will be fine then, its not like its a difficult upgrade to make either to be fair id ever need be. The only concern is the kind of job I am applying for will require running a few high performance engineering programs so maybe the RAM would be important in that sense. Enjoy the pulled pork
