SSD as the primary to get the OS installed on it, though it is one of things that will only get cheaper with time. I would advise you to stick to your budget though :).

Will i have to worry about any additional installation for the 2 drives, or the SLI coupling thing, for the two graphics cards?

Also, Will i have to buy additional cables so that both screens can be plugged in at the same time? (The screen i'm currently using, doesn't have a HDMI port, but a white one and a blue one)

Yes I would. I did go with the gtx 680 because the 670 was not yet released. Since I am risk averse :) I would consider upgrading the warranty to cover parts for longer.
