Emails take a long time for a reply, we would always advise to use web chat for that reason.Ok thank you sorry for asking so many questions I would rather be safe than sorry thanks for the help over the past couple of days also PCSpecialist hasn’t replied to my email/msg I sent it Thursday about the power cable that’s a bit annoying considering befor I sent it out they replied every time the day later
Every time I would msg them they would reply the day later tho this is unusual I think it’s because they messed up :/Emails take a long time for a reply, we would always advise to use web chat for that reason.
You'll be waiting a few more days for a response by email.

The circuit is the mains which is miles above at 32AWhen it talks about the circuit dose it mean the plug it self? Or what it’s connected to
@SpyderTracks is absolutely correct in what he says about the mains circuit, 13A is the correct fuse. The UK doesn't use 10A or 5A circuits any more, they used the old round pin plugs and sockets that I remember from my youth and were phased out in the 1970's I think? When it talks about the circuit dose it mean the plug it self? Or what it’s connected to
