Help with new GPU

im upgrading for the first time and wanted to know if something like the 2060/2070 RTX would be compatible and fit my PC.

these are my specs

Case
CORSAIR SPEC-03 COMPACT GAMING CASE - RED LED
Processor (CPU)
Intel® Core™ i7 Quad Core Processor i7-6700 (3.4GHz) 8MB Cache
Motherboard
ASUS® B150 PRO GAMING D3: ATX, LG1151, USB 3.1, SATA 6GBs
Memory (RAM)
16GB HyperX FURY DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz (2 x 8GB)
Graphics Card
2GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 960 - DVI, HDMI, 3 x DP
Power Supply
CORSAIR 450W VS SERIES™ VS-450 POWER SUPPLY

i've read that these newer GPU has a 8 pin connection or something, this is what was connected to my old GPU which only needed 6 pins. will this 6 and 2 work for the 2060 gpu?

So ... that's an 6/8 pin connector - quite common, that will work with any 8pin PCIe GPU, your PSU could struggle I've seen that it could need 500W or 550W depending on the precise GPU you're getting.
