I would personally suggest the cooler is more important, the case will be loud but will perform ok whereas an inadequate cooler will mean in achievable boost clocks and reduced performance.

Found it "Cooler master master liquid 240 lite" and "Lian Li Lancool II" case
Yea the total extra is 16 euro which seems well worth it for a quieter and better preforming rig.
I will add the upgrades now, seems like they have an amendment feature and its not gona charge me extra
