I’m looking for something to stream console gameplay. Would this be ok? I know nothing about pc’s so all help/suggestions would be appropriated.

Change the motherboard to the 550 and up your ram to 16gb 3600mhz possibly. I don't know enough but as Stephen said you will need more ram. The rest looks good, but will need people with far greater knowledge to take a look.

Thanks for you help guys.. I’ll wait and see if other people have any suggestions before I go ahead and buy

Also, if I were to use the pc for gaming what would I need to upgrade? Just the graphics card?

The above spec I posted, you could just drop a more powerful GPU in and be good to go, providing it was appropriate for the monitor. The GPU in the spec above is for gaming on a 1080p 60-75Hz monitor....a 1080p 144Hz monitor would need a 1660 Super....1440p 75Hz would need 2060 Super....1440p 144Hz a 2070 Super. There are new GPUs coming out around September-October which will be much better than current cards so the GPU needed may change at that point.
