Help my system for Dota2 + Coding

Oh! This is a really important benchmark and I've heard that Dota needs CPU more in another thread.
I encountered a few threads saying 7800X3D would be a good fit for Dota2.

I couldn't decide that fps increasing from 255 to 330 is important. My monitor is already gonna limit 165 right?
If I choose 7800x3D which H100i would be fit with it? I should also say that I don't like fancy RGB stuff as such. I also wonder if Corsair 4000D is still okay.

The CPU & Cooler should last you wayyyyy past current requirements though. You're looking to the future. Also, I don't know if the 6700XT would be comparable to the 3080, but it's the "lows" you want to concentrate on, in which case it keeps you in the sweet spot.
