HELP - monitor not displaying

I did ask PCS about the spec and advised it would be ok for most gaming but not really for the high end stuff! My daughters not into these, what ever they are (as you can tell I’m not a gamer in any way!) so felt it would be ok.

Do you know any names of the games she likes to play? maybe we could look up some for you.
