hello, With this build I would like to be able to play and stream but mostly play and one day maybe stream without too many drops in fps
right now i have a 144hz monitor it should be 1ms but i have no idea how to calculate it but i intend to change it to a 240hz soon.
specifically for a 1920x1080 hp monitor version: ATM131 with NVIDIA G-SYNC
For the price that comes out, this one contains components such as:
motherboard I think I could change it saving money and not having so many differences
the 3600mhz ram (honestly I didn't quite understand how it goes and if actually 3600 compared to 3200 are so much essential for this build)
the ssd I would like to keep it at 1TB but I have not yet understood what the difference between one brand and another can be if not the price (I ask you which one can be the best)
the hdd I put 2TB but I think 1TB is enough
I have no idea what the exact choice could be for what I need and for the quality / price and which obviously is compatible with the case I have chosen.
as for the fans I added 2 extra not knowing if they are needed and where they can be placed

I am inexperienced and I hope you can clarify me and help me make this build valid without going too far in price

What is your budget? A 3080 will be wasted on a 1080p monitor, even if you get a 240Hz one. 1080p is really a dying resolution. You would be better off getting a 1440p 144Hz monitor and a 3060Ti or 3070 graphics card. Most people can’t see any difference once the refresh rate goes above about 120Hz. For the M.2 SSDs we would recommend a Gen 4 512GB drive (Samsung 980 PRO or Firecuda 530) for OS and programmes AND a slightly slower 1TB M.2 (e.g. Intel 670p). I would increase the PSU to 850W. I am not sure that the selected case is good for airflow, but that is not my area of expertise. Others will be able to advise.

I would not like to exceed 2.800/3.000 euros honestly, as regards the monitor I intend to play competitive games but I have not yet understood if 2k are considered 1440p and which would be better for competitive games 1080p or 1440p?
also for the choice of the video card which would be the most suitable (for competitive games)?
while for the ram they are good at 3200mhz or 3600mhz even if I think the price rises a bit?

As @Bigfoot 99% of the population can't discern above 120hz so a 1440p 144hz display (2k is 1440p) will be better than a 1080p 240hz display. The build below will be great for gaming at 120+ fps in modern competitive titles.
3200mhz is a good speed of RAM to go for. The 3600mhz will not give a performance boost in gaming.

This is well within your budget leaving plenty of room for a new monitor to go with it. You can use your current monitor as a second screen which is helpful when streaming or for general use.
I don't know what monitor prices are like in Italy so I'll list a few options we would recommend:

Again, you almost certainly won’t be able to discern above 120 fps when you’re in game so there is no point chasing 240hz. A lot of the craze around 240hz is from internet influencers who are sponsored to promote certain monitors.
The players who play competitively in professional tournaments play at 1080p with graphics settings cranked down for maximum frames because they can actually benefit from the extra couple of milliseconds that that gives them. The vast majority of humans cannot, and those extra frames won’t make you better at the game. On the other hand, a step up from 1080p to 1440p is a substantial step up and will improve your gaming experience.

We love you Ukraine
If you don't care how a game looks, and are happy with 20 year old graphics, then you'd get a 1080p 240Hz monitor, reduce all settings to low and reduce resolution to 720p. That's what competitive means. All 240Hz does is give you an extra 2.5ms reaction time which most people can't see let alone react to, it does absolutely nothing for visual experience. Visually it's the poorest gaming experience there is.

If you care at all how a game looks, then you're not a competitive gamer. In that case, 1440p 144Hz will provide a faaar better gaming experience.

Guys as for mostly valorant and fortnite with the graphics to a minimum the game details remain "clean" with the addition of more frames.
In the sense that objects, weapons and everything related to the game there is not so much difference if not more shadows and "superfluous" details.
It will be that unfortunately I have always been used to putting everything to a minimum to get the necessary fps to make everything playable but I cannot understand in the games "selected" by me how it can be better and useful to have a "higher" quality of details when I from this I could get an advantage that is little or less is still an advantage that at least for me can be the difference that makes my "experience" of the game better.
I have been playing with 60hz and when I made the switch to 144hz I noticed and found that it is completely another level, another gaming experience that anyone would want to try, so I'm sure that if one day I wanted to reach for a higher level, 240hz (with the possibility of actually exploiting them all) is another world of its own.
However I would like to understand if with this build at "ultra" quality / details I can achieve good FPS in the game above or around 140+ fps and if I wanted to put the "competitive" or "low" quality to be able to reach 240+ fps.
My English is not one of the best and I hope I have expressed myself well and I wanted to thank you for your patience and the help you are giving me.

You would notice a big difference moving from 60Hz to 144Hz. However, the vast majority of the population cannot distinguish any difference much above 120Hz. Therefore, in all likelihood moving to 240Hz will make no difference, except to your bank account.

There is a noticeable difference between 60 and 144hz. Above that there is a very high probability that you will not notice a difference but will simply be paying more.
If you reduce graphics settings in Fortnite and Valorant you will be hitting 140+ fps comfortably with this build. The monitors I've listed above can be overclocked to 165hz or 170hz. There is almost no chance you will be able to perceive more frames than that while you are playing.

A motherboard won't have any direct impact on gaming performance but a good motherboard can help. It's important to spec a motherboard that has VRM's (Voltage Regulator modules, basically the things that control where the power goes) that are capable of handling your CPU- if you have an especially high end CPU in a low end motherboard, the VRM's could get overworked causing the CPU to throttle. Overheating and overworked VRM's can also shorten the life of the PC. There's also other things to consider like the features you want (WiFi, USB ports, enough SATA connections, etc). I see @MrWilson has paired the STRIX B550 with the 5800X, this is a solid pairing and that CPU will be comfortable in that motherboard.

For CPU cooling, you want a cooler that can keep your CPU cool under idle conditions (20-35 degrees) then allow it to heat up once the CPU is under load (70-90 degrees). Having a cooler that is inadequate could cause it to get too hot, overheat and throttle, which would cause lag in games. But you also don't want a cooler that's too good, a 360mm AIO on an i3 for example (not to mention that's a funny spend of money), as you want the CPU to experience a range of temperatures, instead of just staying cold, like owning a Ferrari and just driving it at 30mph. Generally the cooler the CPU is, the faster it'll run, which is why you don't want it to throttle, (which is when it lowers the clock speed (so therefore performance) to cool itself down to avoid just needing to shut off). For your PC, the 5800X is quite a warm running CPU, but Wilson has specced a Corsair H150i which is a real top end cooler which will manage temperatures perfectly.

the case I wanted is no longer available and by informing me they told me that it should arrive at the end of the month if not more I tried to change the case and I put the 3060 TI instead of the 3070 because looking at the various bechmarks the difference is little if not 15 -20 fps maximum how is the difference in price 200 euros more I don't think it's worth it, 200 euros are worth 20 fps more? I would like you to explain this to me ..
I accept any advice and any changes even if staying around this price would be great, it is a PC that I would not want to touch for at least 3-4 years except in case of need or for personal whim.

Looks pretty awesome to me. The only downside I can see is that the lighting on the case fans won't be easy to sync up with the lighting on the cooler fans. It's not impossible, but it is trickier. But apart from that, it looks really good to me.

I'm sorry to make a last-minute suggestion, though, but you can go for Intel's 12th generation 12700KF instead of the 5800X, which actually ends up giving better performance at a slightly lower price. Right now, it's the way I'd go. This build is the same (I think!) in every other way.
