It's all clearly outlined why we can't help and it's not because you bought it without an OS, it's because you were intentionally running it unlicensed for a long time along with this.

If you had in fact installed it from the microsoft media creation tool, as already said it wouldn't have installed that version, so don't see how that's possible

So something isn't adding up, and given the previous issues, we can't validate you have a properly licensed install. There are plenty of forums online that may help you.

When you went to the Microsoft store what exactly did you buy? What did you ask for? Can you copy or photograph the receipt and post that here please.

There was no confusion, we knew you were using an unlicensed copy of Windows which is why it's taken so long to get to this point.

Windows Home can show as Windows Core on that slmgr output, however that output shows that you have an older version of Windows installed (22H2, build 22621.2861) and you cannot have obtained that from a recent creation tool download. I must assume then that you used your purchased key to activate the Windows system that you had installed already. To confirm that please enter the command winver in the Run command box and post a screenshot of the small window that opens.

As I said in my first post on this thread, that 0xC0000221 error indicates a checksum mismatch, meaning that the checksum computed for a file read from SSD/HDD is incorrect. That might suggest a flaky storage drive. It may also suggest a corrupted Windows installation.

What you must do now is a fully clean reinstall of Windows 11 Home. First download the Media Creation Tool for the latest available version of Windows 11 (23H2) from here. Select the Create Windows 11 Installation Media option and use a known good USB drive (8GB minimum). Do this on another PC/laptop or ask a friend to do if for you on their PC/laptop because we can't trust yours to not corrupt the installation media.

Then, on your PC, unplug everything except the mouse, keyboard, and one monitor. Boot the installation USB drive and click the big Install button. Select a Custom Install and delete all UEFI partitions on your system drive. Select (highlight) the unallocated space that remains and click the Next button. The installer will do all that is required.

Once the installer has finished and you've gone through the initial setup (language, region, etc.) run Windows Update repeatedly, also after any reboots, until no more updates are found. Then open Device Manager and check that no entries in there have a yellow triangle containing a black exclamation mark next to them. If any do, then go back to Windows Update, select Advanced Options, then Optional Updates, then expand Driver Updates. Install all updates that you find in there.

Then check with Device Manager again that there are no yellow triangles containing black exclamation marks. If there are then STOP and post back here with a screenshot of the Device Manager output.

If all is well in Device Manager then test your PC as much as you are able to without installing anything else and without plugging anything in. It is vitally important that you establish whether it's stable with just Windows installed, so play with it as much as you can in this pristine state.
