where am i able to get that then, its not on the build menu :(

Yeah, PCS do not offer the Asus DX in the specs, you can order it from Amazon though. 2 ways to get it in your rig, you can send it to PCS and they can fit it for your or you can just do it yourself. Pretty straight forward.

Your comments are the only ones that I read with a british accent in my head Tom it's fun ^^

hahahah lol!

thanks for the heads up with the sound card bro, its £35 cheaper which is nice!

What sound setup are you using mate?

IF you are using a analogue sound speakers setup / analogue gaming headset, get the ASUS DXG - http://uk.asus.com/Multimedia/Audio_Cards/Xonar_DGX/

If you are using a digital speaker system using SPDIF using optical cable, to a Dolby digital decoder (some digital gaming headsets) then get the ASUS DX - http://uk.asus.com/Multimedia/Audio_Cards/Xonar_DX/

I didn't choose a soundcard cos I think you want to go with the Asus Xonar DX and chosen the i7 since you seen to prefer it as opposed to the i5. I'd also recommend an SSD as the main drive to make windows boot very quick as well as any other applications/games.

I'd go with Rubensolo's advice that's the best spec you could get for £1500 and it will max out games without any problem. Below is the same spec as Ruben's but with an SSD and ready to be overclocked as you said you might want to. (this new link function at the end of the build is really useful :D)

so whats the advantages of having the SSD then mate? just the booting and running at the beginning of games?

looks good, yeah i think i'd go with the one you said wol it looks pretty good mate.

i feel like im always going to be moaning about not having the 680 superior card, how future proof is the 670 anyway? hoping to have this for years atleast.

The SSD makes a difference when booting windows and running applications, very fast compared to the regular HDD. Your spec would allow you to add a 2nd GTX 670 in the future so I would say is very future proof for a few years.

Brilliant lads thanks, i'm going to go with the 120 SSD as my main with 1TB as my second, aswell as picking the i7 and 670.

right so one last time, this bad boy will run Total war + WoW on ultra smooth as a button? :)

I have a 670 and it easily maxes out everything I have thrown at it (admittedly that is mostly just football manager... but I do have other games that it runs easily), I really don't think you would be able to tell any difference.

The SSD is something that if you never have one I don't think you will miss it, but if you have one you will never want to go back to not having one.

The spec that wolvo and ruben posted is brilliant. :)

If you want to you could overclock the 670 or go for the 670 OC edition: http://www.techradar.com/reviews/pc...ards/zotac-gtx-670-amp-edition-1079772/review

As you can see it performs better than the 680 and is also cheaper.

Just a thought

I'd not recommend OC the GTX 670 since you can void the warranty. The GTX 670 OC is a good choice, I think still cheaper than the 680 however it would be a hassle to get an RMA if an issue occurs as opposed with getting the GPU with PCS and immediate replacement if there is a problem.

Right guys, i've priced up the UKgamers site and its around the £1,400 mark too however i far prefer the case. it comes with nice blue LED Fans, controls and seems damn cool. aswell as a blue LED throughout which looks awesome too.

right let me know your final thoughts please, and again if you fancy clarifying i've got everything needed to play in ultra sets (WoW, SG2:TW, BF3 etc) really smoothly and that i've not disasterously missed something out which will cause my machine to fail and the world to end :D

Am i making the right choice or what lads? it's just the case for me looks damn good which is what i want. They're around the same price with really similar components from what i can see - also opted for the 670 which is 4% away performance wise from the 680 however like £130 cheaper, and the rather expensive 120gb SSD you guys said (seems right now a bit wasteful but anyone i've spoke to with SSD has said its fantastic and they wouldn't go back after using it with their favourite programs like steam)

Thanks for any more help, you guys have been fantastic! just looking for last minute advice or changes as i will probably purchase tommorow!
