I have recently purchased a pc (specs below) why isn’t it detecting display via the top HDMI/VGA PORTS? NO OPTIONS IN BIOS TO ENABLE GRAPHICS! I have already looked at this as that’s what everyone google search/video says to do but the option isn’t there

Are you plugging into the graphics card or the motherboard? That CPU does not have integrated graphics, so you won’t get a signal from the motherboard connectors.

Edit: as shown by @SpyderTracks above.

So basically the onboard graphics outlets won’t work unless I upgrade to a cpu that has integrated graphics?

No, because you’ve got a dedicated GPU, even if you had cpu graphics, they would be disabled. Why would you want to use poor cpu graphics when you have a GPU?

The GPU picks up my primary monitor fine, I don't have a display port cable to hand so I'm just trying to see if there is another way through HDMI with the ports I have to set up a second screen
