If you order a SATA SSD then yes. Note that M.2 drives can be removed as well.

Any drive is removable. These days M2 is the standard, old SATA SSD’s are only used for storage really as they’re so much slower.

Except eMMC onboard SSDs on some laptops, but these are shown as the default option and they aren't changeable on the config.
