Hard drive not showing in windows

The hard drive that came with the computer is showing in the BIOS, but Windows 11 is not recognizing it. It's not in Disk Management or anywhere else. Any ideas would be appreciated?

Is this a pcspecialist system? Can you copy and paste your full specs from the order page?

I just took it out and put it in an external hard drive docking station, and it works. What's weird is that the BIOS saw it, but Windows didn't. Could it be a faulty cable?

So first thing you need to do is register the PC with PCS which will give you access to an online account with all your details. Just give them a call and they'll need proof of purchase. This will also activate your warranty.

Can you post a screenshot of your disk manager page?

its on there now because its on docking station but would not show up in disk mangerment. the pc is around 4 years old now
