GPU Problems

You might be right.. I'll try out some more games + benchmarks.
I just thought it wouldn't be normal for a GPU to behave that way... as in using only 50-75% of it and the weird graphical issues on Sniper Elite v2

My GPU's are very rarely (if ever) running at 100% on ANY games (until I try to push them at 4K) so I wouldn't be too concerned about that.

As others have mentioned earlier, ARMA III is a CPU bound game which means it is CPU intensive and less GPU intensive, so its expected 'not' to push your GPU as hard as you might think. The graphical issues in Sniper could be an issue, but equally they could just be because the game is new and needs a patch? No idea really, which is why I think a wee bit of further testing would be beneficial if you can do it.

As I said, it might turn out that you indeed should get a new GPU (via RMA from PCS) but I'd try to be as sure as possible of that before trying to send it in :)

I've just been playing Watchdogs (Im pretty sure u heard of it), the GPU still didnt run at fully 99% of usage but the game had good FPS and there were no graphical issues!
Confused for life ._.

Here is how it looked on MSI afterburner (On the place where it drops to 0 is because i minimized the game to take a screenshot :p)

To me that indicates that it is NOT a hardware issue (at least not with your GPU) :)

Of course, I'd still suggest trying other games and/or benchmarks too.

I actually did try the Vsync in the Nividia control panel... It didnt seem to help in DayZ.
It did lock WatchDogs game at 55-65FPS but didnt happen to DayZ Mod.

What are you using to measure your FPS? I wouldn't get too hung up about FPS etc. If the game is playable then that's fine. You're obviously having issues with ARMA etc. as you mentioned earlier but imo vsync isn't going to fix that, it will only lock the FPS to a max of 60 (for a 60Hz monitor) won't help at all if you aren't reaching 60 FPS.

yeah thats wht is is supposed to do. But the game should run smoother and your card wont run at 100%, when doesn't need to.

As for dayz, it could be anything. Use dayz commander to make sure arma II patches are all up to date. Check the integrity of the game cache through steam. Drop your in game graphical settings a bit.
