god, these past few years have really been awful for the caliber of people that have passed, very sad. I know its an inevitability, but it does make me wonder how many are virus related.

Victoria Wood was dead at 63. That really was a waste of a huge talent. And she was two years younger than me!

Covid-19 may have played a part but Charlie Watts had had throat cancer a few years ago. Still very sad to see him go.

Another two I am surprised are still going strong Ray and Dave Davies, although not so much normal health issues, it is a miracle one has not murdered the other, the Kinks have had a fairly tumultuous history. Bassist Peter Quaife, another Ricknbacker player. died a couple of years back although he left the band years ago because of the infighting.
