Will be used for gaming on a Samsung G9 Monitor 5120x1440 | 240 Hz
Mostly playing total war style games single player and COD and LoL multiplayer

Also used for day to day work (hence the 4TB Drive)

Budget around about £2,700
Tempted to push it and go for the Geforce RTX 4070TI

If you can, I would hold off till next month when we see the next generation of X3D chips from AMD. I think they will prove to be the top of the tree for your gaming uses.

The spec could use a bit of tweaking regardless. Could you copy the spec right down to include the unique configuration link?

Good idea, the new X3D chips are looking awfully hot for gaming, I'm waiting for one myself too!

Monitor - Samsung 49" Odyssey G9
Uses - Combination of work and gaming, games mostly Total War series ideally on high graphics settings and huge unit sizes. Also some online such as LoL.
Work wise, just basic office use really

Well, I wouldn't go overclocked and I wouldn't go full-RGB in the way you are (I can kind of get the extra fans, though they're unnecessary, but the 24-pin cable extensions.......!)

I'd also wait a couple of weeks for the new AMD v-cache CPUs to come out as they'll be by far the best CPUs on the planet for gaming. I'd suggest the 7800X3D for you when it's out, but I'll use the 7900X to stand in for it for now.

As for a graphics card, honestly it's very hard to recommend any of them right now. None is good value. The one that fits in your budget best is the 4080, and honestly that would be a great match with the G9, but it is unambiguously overpriced. But ultimately that's your call!

Here's where I'd go with your budget. I've suggested dropping the motherboard down a tier (it's just not necessary and costs hundreds!), dropped the storage down to a slower but still gen 4 option (though for £60 I might for for the super-fast 530s myself...), removed the extra fans (you already have five fans, which should be plenty), removed the unnecessary thermal paste (good paste is included with the Corsair cooler) and removed Norton (evil and unnecessary). I've then suggested going for the 7950X3D instead: it's surprisingly little more and should offer better performance in games as it has a full eight cores with the v-cache, which is the ideal.

I've also suggested spending an extra fiver on the better warranty, which to my mind is well worth it.
