Gaming/Video editting build with ~£1500-£2000 budget

Hey, building a new PC for gaming and video editting! Not massively familiar with PC specs as it's been a few years since I last bought/upgraded anything

This spec is basically just one of the PCS specs - is there anything in here that looks underwhelming/unnecessarily overpowered?

Will be connected to two 1080p 75Hz monitors

Video editting isn't massively intensive (as far as video editting goes) and usually involves cutting hours of footage down into ~10min reels

What monitor will you be using with this (make and model or resolution and frame rate)? What resolution and length of clip will you be editing? Please provide the configuration link so that we can suggest some changes.

Hi. I'd suggest quite a radical overhaul, which I've copied below. It's not bad at all, but you can do better in almost every area. Pushing towards the top of your budget, we can get Intel's current generation, an Nvidia graphics card (better for video editing, though depending slightly on what software you use) and a better all-round build.
