This build is *fine* for the requirements you are suggesting. I would however recommend an AMD CPU currently as they are a cut above right this minute.

If you want to game at 4k you need a much bigger budget. Probably at least £1800 on the PC and £800 for a decent monitor.
The 3700X now just isn’t a great deal. For gaming, the 5600X is a much better performer and is cheaper. If you’ve got a larger budget the 5800X will be a much better option for streaming with the new generation and extra 2 cores. The 5600X will still be capable of streaming perfectly fine if you don’t have the budget for the 5800X. This link is an AMD VS Intel but shows the performance in multiple categories of the above mentioned chips and how the 3700X performs in comparison.
the pre order will be there until GPU shortage is gone. Preorder is there because there might be tens to hundreds of people in front of you. Sadly no one knows when it will be better. PCS is getting stock, but it goes to orders straight away based on when they were made
