Is this just for gaming? If you can give us a little more detail about what you'll be using it for it will help a lot when giving advice of anything we would recommend changing.

The i7-9700F has much lower clock speed than the i7-9700K (3-4.7 GHz Vs, 3.6- 4.9) I think it is a low-power version. I know the 9700K seems to be out of stock at the moment, but waiting for that or picking an AMD CPU (e.g. the 2600X, which has 3.6 - 4.25 GHz and is cheap enough to allow more money from the build to go to other options, like the GPU) might be better.

Or given we are very close to the 7th July release of the new AMD CPUs, which will be even better yet I'd hold off for a week or two if you can. If you do need something fast, the AMD offerings will likely be significantly cheaper than a i7-9700F build.

Edited to clarify the difference between the base/boost frequencies, as found here: https://www.tomshardware.co.uk/intel-9th-gen-desktop-cpu-coffee-lake,news-60454.html (though unlike the prices quoted here, PCS does have a £55 difference between the i7-9700F and the i7-9700k

Ok, So it will be used for a mix of things, some gaming; Elder Scrolls Skyrim, World of Warcraft and the like, some programming, some photo editing, music streaming, some You Tube...
