One thing you didn't mention was what resolution your monitor was? If it's 1440p, then the GPU will be at it's limits

sorry the first one was ok, i set my locaiton somewhere else, one the first one when i proceed it says the power should be 550 instead of 1000. if i change it to 550 will it make much of a difference

Where are you ordering from? If you're not UK based you'll have to pay import tax which is added on at purchase for most of Europe.

i am uk based, i set it to belgium by accident which increased the price so i thought it was too expensive but i realised and its okay now

If its an old monitor and 60Hz, it most likely 1080p.... Personally I dont think its worth taking the build youve spec'd.
Its also been mentioned about asking for responses, this is a volunteer forum, if you want immediate answers then talk to PCS directly using the chat feature or by phoning them.

With a £1500 budget, and your monitor, I would do this

The 6600 will easily run a 1080p 60Hz monitor, the bones are all there to upgrade to more powerful GPU's and storage is going to give decent performance (although can be upgraded to Gen 4 M.2's)

If you cant go over £1500 then drop the RAM to 3200MHz, theres practically no difference in it due to 3200MHz being CL16, 3600MHz being CL18 (Drops price to £1491 atm)

There is of course the option to wait a few months,possibly even save up a little extra, and take advantage of the new releases due september time... you will likely end up with a much better system that way.
