If you mean: "BENQ ZOWIE XL2720 27" MONITOR" it's £400 for a 1080p 144hz monitor without gsync.
Given that you can get 1440p 144hz g-sync monitors for £500, sometimes less, it doesn't seem like very good value at all. Some people find 1080p to be too low a resolution for 27" (though not everyone of course). For £400 you can get 1440p 144hz monitors without gsync too for that matter.
It might well be a good monitor, but for that kind of money I'd probably want a higher resolution.
