Firstly, it'd be good to know your budget, the monitor(s) you plan to use (either make and model or resolution and refresh rate would be great) and what you'll be using it for. You've said gaming- what games? Do you plan to do anything else like stream? Also the full spec along with the link at the bottom would be very helpful too! Well at the moment it’s about £1700 ish on the PC alone without anything else
So probs an extra £300 on a monitor and keyboard

Awesome. For monitors, I own the AOC CQ27G2U and only have positive things to say, currently £270 and would pair very nicely with the 3060TI. That'd leave plenty to spend on the other peripherals you need.

That's fine! The Wifi card is an easy thing to miss.

The idea behind the spec recommendation is that you make your spec look like the one I've posted above instead of taking some parts and not others. The build I've posted should give you good bang for buck, as well as be well optimised between all the parts. It's your money so you're welcome to do what you'd like with it, I'd just recommend changing more than the storage on your build.

Gaming on max settings isn't really the 'correct way to game' the whole idea is optimising settings to get the best match between graphics and performance. This great thread from @SpyderTracks explains it well. That said, running a 3060TI and the monitor I've recommended, I can say you'll comfortably get a very enjoyable gaming experience!
