Could you post the full spec from your account, as detailed in the following post.

There’s no need to post multiple times if you don’t get a response immediately, as we’re all volunteers on here. If you need live help, then use the chat on the main website, or call PCS directly during their office hours.

Did you buy that system from Currys? There is no pre-assembled ICON 240 available on the PCS website.

Keep in mind that, like almost all pre-builts, it's a very poorly designed machine, unfortunately.

It's a Currys system:

OP: As it is freezing rather than crashing, it may not be producing any crash reports. Probably the first place to try and find a clue is in the Event Viewer. Probably the best thing to do is upload the event viewer contents to the cloud so one of us can have a look. Here's the instructions on how to do so:

"
Upload Event Logs
In most cases it will be useful for us to be able to see your event logs as well and the best way to get those to us is to export them and upload them here. To do that do the following...
1. Enter the command eventvwr into the Run command box. The Event Viewer will open.
2. Locate the Windows Logs folder in the left hand pane and expand it by clicking on the arrow (>) to the left of it.
3. Right-click on the Application entry and select 'Save all events as...'. Choose a folder anywhere that suits you and a filename of 'Application' (an .evtx suffix will be added automatically).
4. Right-click on the System entry and select 'Save all events as...'. Choose a folder anywhere that suits you and a filename of 'System' (an .evtx suffix will be added automatically).
5. Zip the Application.evtx and System.evtx files together and upload the zip file to cloud storage"

The "run command box" is basically clicking the Windows icon on the bar at the bottom of the screen. Make sure to make the files public else we won't be able to view them

The BSOD Doctor
TBH, rather than use those old log uploads that I suggested some years ago, instead please do the following...

Please download the SysnativeBSODCollectionApp and save it to the Desktop. Then run it and upload the resulting zip file to a cloud service with a link to it here. The SysnativeBSODCollectionApp collects all the troubleshooting data we're likely to need. It DOES NOT collect any personally identifying data. It's used by several highly respected Windows help forums (including this one). I'm a senior BSOD analyst on the Sysnative forum where this tool came from, so I know it to be safe.

You can of course look at what's in the zip file before you upload it, most of the files are txt files. Please don't change or delete anything though. If you want a description of what each file contains you'll find that here.

Yeah, I only suggested the Event Viewer as I wasn't sure whether there would be any crash reports given the OP says it freezes up and they have to restart rather than crashing the PC or BSODing

I didn’t know if I had posted it in the right place. It wasn’t because I didn’t receive an answer quick enough. There’s so many different forums
