hey guys just wanted your opinion on this pc i have a budget of £2000 i like to play competitive fps games like valaront csgo battlefield and warzone i am also planning on buying a 1080p 240hz monitor any advice is greatly appreciated.

Ok with £2K budget this should do you nicely, and I'd recommend you pair it with a 144Hz 1440p monitor than a 1080p, 1080p is basically a dead resolution these days

It's pretty much there, but just a little rejiggle, some games like Battlefield or Warzone are quite hungry on CPU cores unlike most games, so the 8 core would be more beneficial, also upped the storage with a primary M2 for OS and programs which is 10 times the speeds of the one you'd configured, then a dedicated M2 for games, I've also lowered to Windows 10 as there are still issues with windows 11 that need to be ironed out, but it's a free upgrade to 11 anyway, so won't cause any issues for you:

Looks like a lot of solid options already 😂 Going off Martin's spec I'd change 2 things:

1) Remove the 2nd HDD 1TB of HDD should be ample
2) The Cooler Master 212 will do just fine to cool the 5600X and save about £70

Also in agreement about the monitor. 1440p 144hz is a fantastic experience and unless you're in professional leagues for the shooters so know you'll take advantage of a 240hz monitor, it's pretty much pointless as the vast majority of the human population can't see over about 120hz anyway.

Now that's a big hitter, and only £7 over budget, mind you with a 5900x in there I'd probably go slightly further over and put the 1000W RMx in

If you carry on reading, that was before the 5000 series AMD's were released. 5000 series AMD's are better in single threaded performance than Intel now.

It's pretty much there, but just a little rejiggle, some games like Battlefield or Warzone are quite hungry on CPU cores unlike most games, so the 8 core would be more beneficial, also upped the storage with a primary M2 for OS and programs which is 10 times the speeds of the one you'd configured, then a dedicated M2 for games, I've also lowered to Windows 10 as there are still issues with windows 11 that need to be ironed out, but it's a free upgrade to 11 anyway, so won't cause any issues for you:

Hello is usb-c is important because it said the motherboard didnt support it also the h115i is out of stock so would the h100i rgb pro xt be good enough?
