Most of it looks pretty solid. Would probably swap cooler out for the H115i Platinum, your storage could do with a bit of adjustment too, with a small, faster SSD for your OS and another larger one for games. You could probably get away with downgrading PSU to 850W too.
What is your budget?
What monitor will you be pairing this with? To make the most out of a 3080 you're looking at a Superultrawide 1440p or 4k 144hz display.

This all is dependent on the monitor you are pairing this rig with and the type of games you want to play. Are you just gaming with this rig or are you doing other intensive workloads with it? Have you placed the order? Budget? Could you also paste the link to the ordering page so the chaps and chapesses can tweak if required.

For now i will use my 1080p 144hz monitor, but will upgrade to 4k as soon as i can. And yes, its mostly for gaming, the 2tb ssd should be enough to get a fast booting time and carry most new gen games no?
Also i already placed the order, im basically leaving place to upgrade with the PSU, i want this rig to last me some years while running most new gen games smoothly.
I have my 256gb 2.5 SSD from my old pc, probably gonna use it for extra storage.

If this rig is purely for gaming @ 1440p then I would consider dropping the CPU, as the 5900X is a bit of an overkill tbh, also if you aren't playing MS Flight Sim or similar then you probably dont need 32GB of RAM either.

You could drop your main SSD down a little as suggested, personal choice, then add either a secondary slightly slower SSD or even a HDD as a drive to store games/music etc on. Works out cheaper but this is all dependent on your budget, if you are drowning in cash then dont worry about it. 😁

Not exactly drowning in cash lol, just making sure i have a rig that lasts me some years without need to upgrade. Long term investment.

Sounds like you're getting good use out of your graphics card then! Regarding your order already being placed, there is quite a long wait time with the 3080 at the moment so you have plenty of time to make amendments to the order

Budget max 3300 eur. Its just that for secondary storage i will probably use my 2.5 Adata SSD with 256gb (enough for media files and smaller games and the 2TB for OS and main bigger games). Also my BenQ XL2411 will probably stay for a bit until i upgrade, its not a bad screen.

Ok, so I've specced out a 3300 euro build for you based on the above. Got a top-end cooler, and a 256gb OS drive. This is a luxury addition, but you have the budget for it, and it means that if for whatever reason you have to reinstall/wipe Windows your games will be safe.
Also my BenQ XL2411 will probably stay for a bit until i upgrade, its not a bad screen.
If this is the case, I would personally recommend ordering the build without a 3080, and try and source a 1660 GPU to run with your current monitor (Out of stock on PCS atm) which will be able to handle 1080p 144hz gaming comfortably. 3080 cards are in short supply at the moment so ordering the build without the 3080 should mean that you get it sooner. Then, when you are ready to make the move to 4k, buy your 3080 then (hopefully stock will be up and prices will be lower!)

Above spec by @MrWilson is solid, only two changes that I’d advise would be to to drop the Crosshair motherboard (which isn’t necessary for that CPU) to the ROG Strix X570 and putting the saving towards turning that 250GB M.2 drive into a 500GB. Even these drives will start slowing down a touch when they start to get to around 90% capacity so it’s wise to leave a bit of headroom.

I agree with dropping the board but i will probably do 250gb OS drive and only smaller games and then use the 2TB to put my next gen big games in it and run them from it. I still manage to save a bit.
Also if i upgrade to 1440p, do you guys think its a good use of the RTX 3080? Cause the 4k monitors are kinda expensive and most people are saying 1440p is a good fit for it. And thanks for helping me.

Nope, unless you're using the 49 inch Samsung G9 or a 4K 144Hz screen the 3080 is nowhere near reaching it's potential. Basic rule of thumb is...

For 1440p 144Hz - 3060Ti

For 1440p 144Hz ultrawide or 4K 60Hz - 3070

So should i switch to 3070 if im going to upgrade to 1440p and maybe a lower PSU? Both 3000 series are having the same stock issues. What is scaring me is thinking that 8VRAM might not be enough futureproof hence why i was going for the 3080 even without going 4K. Idk im confused.

Graphics cards are the least future proof component and we always advise - screen match the GPU to the monitor. So yes, the 3070 would be a vastly more sensible decision at 1440p. As for the PSU, 850w should be sufficient to cover you for the life of the system.

Also bear in mind that if the system is leaving the UK after 31st December then there will be huge import, custom duties and possibly more vat costs. I only say this since you are pricing in Euros and I would be surprised if a 3080 could be sourced before then.

It's extremely unlikely you'll have to pay more. If there is no trade deal between the EU and the UK then they will trade under WTO rules. The WTO has eliminated tariffs on computer products. See the WTO page on this here.

WTO has nothing to do with EU tar riffs sadly. So yes if for example you get the system here in Ireland after the 31st there will be a 21% customs import tax and perhaps up to a 12% import duties added on but those figures may be higher for a costly item. The Irish government alongside revenue dpt stated "Consumers will be faced with VAT and customs duty when Britain exits the EU on 1 January if buying goods from the UK. If goods are valued at more than €150, consumers will face not only VAT but also customs duty. The charges will either be applied by the retailer selling the goods, or by authorities here on arrival.
The customs duty of 12% will apply to different bands as the value increases. So an item valued at €167 will face customs duty as follows,12% of €97+12% of €40+ 12% of €15 which is €20.04.

Those rates could change and are dependent on what is contained in any possible Free Trade Agreement. A flat VAT rate of 21% applies to all goods over €22. But the rate of duty applied differs depending on what is being purchased, so a complex list of rates will be applied by Revenue". Now this is Ireland so I don't know what will happen where you are. Just be careful. I have already sent an email asking if this will be the case if my PC build arrives after the 31st. Also even though they told us this will happen they have not clarified if an order before the 31st will be exempt. This all very confusing.
