Future upgrades dilemma

As much as you are correct in your assessment, there are times where it's beneficial to have a very slight negative pressure (when performance is maxing out).

Thankfully, none of the fans are static. When your system isn't being heavily used you can actually zero fan the H115i and you will have a positive pressure system (2 fans pushing against 1 pulling). This is excellent for repelling dust etc. When performance is needed you will potentially have a negative pressure system (It will definitely be negative once the H115i is on song, that's for sure) but this isn't a bad thing as you will have fast moving air and plenty of it without the noise normally associated with such flow.

I would also be able to ramp up the front intake fans to be quicker than the rear exhaust. Nice to know the zero rpm feature for the H115i..... by any chance do you know if there is the option to also just slow the fans down instead of just zero? I think this set up would give a better balance.

Yes, you have complete control.

When I'm not gaming I have the "quiet" profile selected. When I'm gaming, depending on the game and the room temps, I have it between "Balanced" and "Extreme".

These are standard profiles. I have custom lighting setup so that "Quiet" is light blue, "Standard" is amber and "Extreme" is red. The iCue software is really coming into its own. I almost wish I had an entire desk setup just so that I could have all my glowing bits synced :D

@Scott I'm curious about one thing...why do you have a custom lighting set-up? Is your case not shut away in a cupboard somewhere? ;)

Just as a reminder in case I pop my head in and notice it's on red.

Also..... I like to play with stuff and see what it does...... rumour has it there are Technic Lego builds in my loft from the early 2000s that haven't saw the light of day since also haha.

Hey guys I wanted to make another small amendment. I'm not a big advocate for fancy rgb lights but I think adding a single argb strip would make the case look quite neat! Is there a way to know where PCS would place the strip inside the case?

It's just a magnetic strip that attaches on the inside so you can move it where you like.

Just an update: received my PC earlier this week Monday and I love it! I have to say the case was dauntingly big up close at first but I've gotten used to it now. Thanks for your help!

The Meshify's are pretty big, but they're no nonsense cases when it comes to cooling, well worth it in the long term.

Really pleased you're happy with it :)

If you have any problems, always feel free to post here, we can hopefully help you through it.
